This duo is the best yet. However, regarding Facebook advertising, there is bias and inaccuracies. There are too many variables to make blanket statments...

Facebook considers a view at 3 seconds, not 2.

Correction: Facebook views are counted as 3 seconds with or without sound, not 2 seconds.

2 seconds with or without sound is the industry standard for viewability. YouTube considers a view the end of the ad or 30 seconds. Thank you for catching @David F !
