Unable to Access Insights Courses

Hey All, I'm trying to access the the Partners Insights courses through my company-connected email address, but it says that I'm unauthorized.  It's worked for one other person at the company, but isn't working for two others.  What can I do to access?

Hello @Trevor T

If the Admin logs in to the main partner's account, does it list your emails? My Company Tab And for sure noone is logged into a secondary account trying to access the system? More details and we will do our best to help! Sometimes completely logging out and back in will do the trick if all the above is in place.
