Promoting Vouchers on Our Websites

I'd like to promote the voucher for a free $100 when you spend $25, to entice potential clients to contact me (e.g. Here's about the Google Offer/Contact form/Generate code via partner portal/Send via email). I've read through a bunch of info and can't find if that violates Google's Terms, but since I'm a partner and really don't want to get my account suspended, I though I'd check here.

A couple things to note:

  • I'm not selling the codes, but I will follow up to see how their account is performing, and thus sell them on my services.
  • I've added a link to Google's Promotional Codes Terms and Conditions Page.
  • I also have a link to "Working with a Third Party."
  • My Partner Badge is present on the page, with a link to my profile.

Thank you in advance!

Hi @Ryan M,

I see these offered on other websites and cannot recall any strict wording that says you are not allowed, so I would say you are fine to do this.

@Spencer_Wade, what your thoughts on this?

Kind Regards,

James

Hello @Ryan M,

If you are offering a opportunity to a client that could open a door for more opportunity for both Google and your agency, I wouldn't see a problem with a voucher page for new clients opportunities... I mean Google sends them to the clients after new account creation any way so getting things started from your agency would seem to be OK on my end. You seemed to have covered your bases with the TOC & Third party link. As long as you are not giving them out randomly and are bringing new business that would be a win for all involved including the voucher requester.

I think you are smart for asking 1st, but dont see a problem with a Google Partner Agency offering coupons to new business via there partner website.

Hope this helps, thanks for the tag @James_Clemens

And if you still want some confirmation, call support and ask the question.

Cheers...
