Google Data Studio Not Generating New Reports

Any having an issue with google data studio? i am not able to create new reports, old ones working fine.

Hi @Moe S,

 

In order to create reports, the account permissions have to be correct, namely that the Data Studio account needs to access the correct Google Drive since reports are actually stored there. It sounds like your situation involves an issue with the Google Drive access. 

 

If you are logged in to your Google Account and your client's Google Account, you may want to log out of yours, clear the browser cache and then log in only with the client's Google account and go directly to Google Data Studio and try to create the report again.

Hi @Moe S,

 

It is working fine for me. However, with this being a beta product, each person is limited to five reports, so you may be hitting that limitation. Do you know how many reports you have created so far?

Yea I am aware of that limitation - I am using client's account for their reports because of that - however, can't create any new reports for some reason today -
