GA Certified Service Partner - "support ticketing system" requirement

One of the business requirements to apply for the GA Certified Service Partner is that "you must have a support ticketing system to manage and track customer support requests."

 

How can we find out if the system we currently use (Function Point) will meet the requirement? Is there a list of systems or platforms that meet this requirement that we can check? What are the features that the system must have to qualify as a support ticketing system in this case?

The best bet in cases like yours when you need to get a review of your current system, would be support, I am on the line with another issue and asked and they indicated if you call in they will be able to look at your account specifically to get an idea if the system you use is on the approved list. Call +1-866-246-6453
