Hi,

Someone else has uploaded in the name of our business (most probably a franchisee of ours from Qatar). We have tried to register this many times but have been unable to do so. We have tried to take the telephone route, but the first digits get spoken before we even pick it up. We have opted for post card route, but have not received the post card after more than 5 attempts.

We have tried calling Google's Dubai office, no one picks up. We are at our wit's end in trying to claim back our business. As the Regional Marketing Team we need a way to be able to claim our businesses in 4 countries- Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and UAE. Following this we have a plan of uploading over 50 franchisee locations on Google for business. Would appreciate if someone could help on addressing this issue.

Regards

RB
