Hi Louis

Can you provide the URL of the Google+ page that you wish to claim?

Thanks.

Agents are each eligible for their own listing as in the company. His should be in his name and yours in the company name.

actually, it's when i'm doing a search with our name (https://www.google.ca/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=groupe+mackay) it's Carlo that pop up instead of Groupe Mackay....

Hi there,

If your business have someone claim your business you can "request admin right" in Google My Business
Here's how
Navigate to Google My Business. You’ll need a Google account to get started.
Click Get your page.
Choose one of two categories of local businesses:
Enter the name or address of your business and select your business from the drop-down menu.
When you choose your business, you’ll see a dialogue letting you know that someone else has verified the business. Click Request Admin Rights.
You’ll be asked to answer some questions about your business.
then Google will send the current owner an email asking them to get in touch with you. If you don’t hear back in a week, go to contact Google My Business Support

Hope's can help
Cheers
Garfiew

Hello Garfiew,
The option to request admin rights would not work in this case because the listing in question is a professional listing for the broker, not for the company.
As Mike Blumenthal pointed out, some professionals are entitled to their own listings different than the listing for the company.
You can learn more about this issue in the Individual Practitioners section of the guidelines to represent a business on Google.

Hello Louis,
Did you create and verify a Local business listing for the company through Google My Business?

I find a Brand page for that address
https://plus.google.com/u/0/101182643365090486790/about
but Brand pages cannot be found on Maps or Web searches, only on Google+.
I cannot find a Local page for the business at that address.

I find a verified Local page for a business with a similar name at a different address.
https://plus.google.com/u/0/109903630246243525254/about
Is this business related to yours?
Thank you
