Hello,

We have our previous listing: https://goo.gl/maps/dimsdc216K82 but couldn't find the respective account who own and manage this listing. We have created new listing using the same location but different website but can't publish it as it's being marked as duplicate. Our effort to request access led to no where as we have no record which account manage the old listing.

Our Business details:
Business Name: LED Inbouwspots LEDs
Business address: Veldkers 110 Oldenzaal 7577DH, Netherland
Telephone number:  0541 856 984
Website: https://www.ledinbouwspotsleds.nl/

Kindly assist.

Thanks
Lisa

You can gain access from them by requesting it through your google my business.

1. Log into google my business from your preferred gmail.

2. Click on + new location.

3. Start typing in your business name and it will auto populate once it finds your business.

4. Request ownership and it will tell you the first 2 letters of the gmail address currently owning your account. If you own the email address, problem solved.

5. If you do not own it, submit the request and wait 7-9 days. It will tell you the date when you can take over the account if you do not receive a response.

6. After that time, the account becomes unverified and you can reverify through phone call or postcard.

All set!
