Hi,

I've accidentally created a second business profile for our store and before I delete the new one I wanted to make sure that it will not effect the one that has been existing for years.  I'm also working on getting ownership transferred over from our original business account- from someone who has retired.  Is there anyway to do this without accessing their email?

Hi Jessi,

If the new location you added is not published on Google, you can delete it without any issues.

You will also need access to the original owners email account in order to transfer ownership. If you don't have this, you can request ownership to the listing on Google and if the owner doesn't respond to your requests, Google will allow you to claim and verify this listing.

Hope this helps :)

my answer is two times "Yes"

- deleting the new one  will not effect the older listing

- and for the second part: Apply this procedure
