Trying to claim listings from another SEO company, duplicates don't appear in GMB.

Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to track down and claim all available listings for a client. Currently there are 5 listings I have found for the clients business. I can confirm one of these listings is already claimed in GMB, and I can request ownership. Two other seem ready to be claimed. However, the two biggest listings with the most reviews do not have a street address, only a city name. I assume that they are being controlled by the clients current SEO provider, as the owner is responding to reviews.

My question is: What is the best way to claim these listings? Is my only option to go through the current SEO provider and request ownership, or can I do an automatic process through GMB, even though I can't find those listings?

Thanks.

@Rep M since you'll need to provide your email to accomplish this, I'd suggest you get in contact with Google My Business directly on social media.  You can tweet to them at @googlemybiz or message them on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/GoogleMyBusiness/.  Usually they respond in 1-5 business days.
