Transferred primary ownership of business and deleted user, now no access.

I just transferred ownership of a business to my email and now I am getting this error attached below. I can't login to the service with either account because I deleted the old user since it was a previous service manger for this client. 

 

Is there not a phone number for google business support anymore? How do I resolve this? Am I in some sort of neither region of google business ownership since I did this transfer?

Is the business listing still claimed? 

To help with your question, please provide:
1. The Google Local Page URL
2. Your Website URL
3. Full Business name, Address and Phone number

If you would like to try and contact Google Business you can follow the steps below to receive a call or chat (during normal business hours)

 

 

 

Google Business Help >Need More Help (top right corner)>Ownership or Access to my business>Other Problem>

 

Under new pop up window select "Listings" under the first option "About ownership and access levels for listings "

 

Scroll to bottom of this page and you will see phone and email contact. 

 

 

 

This only works during business hours which I believe are M-F 9am-5pm PST
