The Eglinton Way BIA Duplicate

Hello I am the owner of this BIA and I made the listing before with another account, which I have access to, it was also incorrectly listed on the map. But I don't have access to my business with it for some reason. I remade it with a new e-mail and got the verification code but google says it is a duplicate. How do I go about removing the Old duplicate if I am unable to access it with the email I created it with?

Thanks.

Hi @Maureen S

Is this the verified business page:

https://plus.google.com/110611597590708117077/about

If this account is not in your dashboard >> https://business.google.com/manage/  and you have lost the original account details, then you will need to start the request ownership process.
