Sale of Business - Should I close the listing so the new owner can create a new one, or transfer it?

I am the owner for the listed business Blu Berry Frozen Yogurt- Port Orchard, and we just sold this location to a new owner, who is changing the name. They will be operating primarily as a frozen yogurt store as well, but their new store name is Twin Creeks Café. Would it be more appropriate to close our Blu Berry listing so the new owner can create a Twin Creeks listing, or simply transfer ownership of our listing to the new owner so he can edit it with new name, etc.?

Both options are possible as it isn just  kind of rebranding

Its more easy (IMHO) if you edit the your GoogleMyBusiness listing to the new name and then to transfer the primanry ownership to the new owner.
