Please help restore my business page in Google.

Hello, Please help restore access to my business page. Unfortunately, I can not remember what email address used during registration and confirmation of my business in Google. Now I have created and verified a new page of its business, but this page is a duplicate and has not been published, and the current confirmed no access page. I tried to remove the old page, and confirm the new one, but my old page, which is not accessible is still published. I tried to transfer of ownership, but I don’t see any letters with my appeal to the owner of old page, so it hasn't and can’t responded to my transfer of ownership requests.

 

Please help restore my business page in Google.

Have you followed the instructions here to reclaim your business?  https://support.google.com/business/answer/4566671

Most particularly: 

The current listing owner will receive an email asking them to get in touch with you, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Allow a full 7 days for the current listing owner to respond to your request. If you don’t hear back after 7 days, contact support by replying to the confirmation email. 

When you say you "don’t see any letters with my appeal to the owner of old page" - do you mean you're not seeing the owner transfer requests sent from Google?  It makes sense you wouldn't if you don't if you don't have the email.  But you should get a confirmation email from Google.  If you're not seeing that, check your spam folder.

 

Ideally you're requesting that ownership transfer from an email that is related to the domain?  For example, info@domain.com?  Using a gmail or hotmail kind of account is not recommended.

 

And when you're in contact with support, ask them to delete that second new listing you created from your dashboard.  They should be able to flush the data out of the system so it doesn't have the potential to interfere with the older verified listing.
