Good evening,

 

I have terminated my relationship with BeyondMenu, however, they refuse to give me back ownership rights. I have submitted multiple requests to Google, but BeyondMenu continues to decline my request for ownership. The person declining my request is Allison Chen (ppowell80074@gmail.com) and always signs off on the emails as "Sazon." I've called them multiple times and they refer me to Google, this last time they hung up.  Could you please help me reclaim my Sazon local page on Google?

Hi Sazon,

 

I'm being harassed by a company called "The Business Centre" who are claiming they own our Google my Business page, when I tell them they can't own "Google" they get rude telling me I don't know what I'm taking about and that Google don't manage Google my business and that Google get agencies to do that and they are one of them. The claim we told them to open up our google my page and paid them for it (which we haven't) so they are the owners of the page and I'm the manager of it? When I confront them and ask for their company details they get extremely aggressive until I put the phone down on them without getting their details - I have even tried being nice and asking them to email me (which they never do). I don't know what to do or where to turn. They keep phoning me every few months.... I don't even know how to check if they are the "owners" or if I'm the owner. Please help if you can. I figured out two things:

1# your listing is a verified (claimed) GMB listing

2# it is actually managed by an account as quoted below. 

 

This listing has already been verified by en…@…. If you own this email address, please follow the Account Recovery help guide. If you still want to add this listing to your account, you can request admin rights from the current verified user. 

 

So the great question is who is behind the non-GMail-bases account en…@….?

And in case its not you you shouldn't continue to struggle with the gangsters calling you but to request the ownership yourself.

You can do this applying this procedure

Thank you for your reply. I think the email you have quoted is me as its enq...... @ af.. Rhai...  but I wasn't certain as its been blocked out of your message. It is a gmail email account buts a business one which is why its not @gmail.co.uk  - Is it what you are seeing (I also left out a few letters? 

 

I did look around my gmail reviews page which they keep claiming is theirs and under users it lists only me, so I'm hoping that these people are just saying a whole lot of nonsense in hopes of intimidating me into taking their services - despicable really. Thank goodness for these communities otherwise people would have nowhere to turn.

Hello!

 

I just wanted to follow up on this issue - what steps should we take to get ownership rights back? We recently changed our business hours and are updating our menu, but we cannot update anything on our site as we don't have control of it! This is quite frustrating, please help!!

Hi @MargaretO and @Helmut Geissler

 

We have tried transferring ownership multiple times, however, Allison Chen from Beyond Menu (not the owner) only gives us communications manager rights.  In doing further research, we discovered that Beyond Menu created a duplicate location. How do we go about deleting this second location so that the fraudulent websites they created do not merge with our information? Below is a screenshot of both locations, the one linked to sazonil.com is NOT our location please remove this.

Hi @Mauricio S

Thank you for the extra info you've provided - unfortunately the link you've provided does not give us a screenshot of the locations.  that said, I do believe Google will be able to investigate this further.

 

At this point I'll escalate to Google since Beyond Menu are playing games.

If you can see a caseid with any of the attempts you've made through the recovery process, please add them into this thread for the investigators.
