Please help! Need to get my business page back for my Google AdWords

I was planning to start my Google Adwords, but found out that my business page has been stolen by BeyondMenu with a fake website. I don't want to spend money to get my customers confused.

Details of my business are:

1. Full business name: Thai Spice
2. Current business address: 1745 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132
3. Current telephone number: 617 469 0002
4. Google Maps URL: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Thai+Spice/@42.2874502,-71.1502849,15z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x1dde1...
5. Websit: mythaispice.com (which is forwarded to my online ordering site https://www.orderstart.com/thaispice)

You help to get the business page back to the real business owner is truly appreciated.

Thank you so much!
Apsiit L

I have escalated this to Google as this is a problem they are aware of. Did you go through the request of ownership process?

Dear Ben,

I went through a few requests and was eventually assigned a communications manager who can't change anything.

Thank you so much for escalating this to Google. I hope my problem will be solved soon.
