Ownership Transfer Problems

Hello,

 

I have been managing a business on my personal account, but recently needed to add multiple managers to the account, so I created a business account, and transferred the business to the business account.

 

The issue now is I cannot edit the listing or reply to reviews. On the card page it shows that there is a business associated with the account, but when i click on it, it brings me to the "add location" section.

 

Does ownership take a certain amount of time or did i miss a step?

 

To make things more confusing, when i go to . "add a single location" it tells me that my email still owns the listing, but it won't let me access it through that email.

I am having the same problem. I transferred from one business account to another, but it does not appear in the new one.

It says it is there, but the business account is empty.

I was thinking it takes some time too, but it has been 4 hours.

 

Just like you when I go to claim a single location, it says I already own it.

I would like to see a screenshot of your dashboard showing your two business accounts (te personal and the additional business account) like the one of mine below:

further on: I would like seing  a screenshot of the "additional" business account (in my case "Helmut's other business account" after you clicked "Manage" )

Last but not least marke the moved listing - moved from the left personal bsuiness account to the right business account in the "additional" business account

I have the keys to a house, but I don't know where the house is. I put the keys on a different keychain, and then the house disappeared. 

 

I moved my business from Gideon Lupine ( on the left )to Creative Cafe Casa Grand ( on the right ). You see it says it has 1 location.

 Now when I go into Creative Cafe Casa Grand, it shows it is empty.

 I don't know how to even get into https://plus.google.com/+CreativeCafeCasaGrande.

 

It says I am the owner already, but I have no way to login.

When I try to add the location it says that I already own it. I am gi…@gmail.com and I have access to that account, but don't see my business anywhere. How do I "get in?"

Hey  @Gideon L  nice to see your screenshots and bad the other user @Joe S did not yet provid his own -analogue screenshots.

 

I therefore will make an exception from my rule not dealing with a user jumping on a thread of an other user and continueing this thread with you Gideon.

I believe having the keys to your house ;-)

compare my screenshots and yours.

You will in each business account at the lower left corner an "unverified badge" 

 

But this HC articles

tells us moving items between business aaccounts is possible only if the source "business account" is verified.

Yours is  not.

Maybe the HC articles are not very clear regarding this point.

 

But all I know is this:

We can move locations between our business accounts properly only if the according business accounts have the verified badge in their lower left corner

How do I get verified?

Unlike yours, all mine say unverfied and are not clickable. Look at my pictures.

What do I do?

And if I can't transfer between two unverified accounts, then why did it let me do it only to make it disappear into limbo?

How do I even get into https://plus.google.com/+CreativeCafeCasaGrande ? If it does not appear in none of my business accounts, then how can I get in?

since this is a verified listing it verly likely is verified by somebody else not by you.

Regarding the matter of transfer locations between several business accounts:

I can't give a good answer.

As far as I know all the HC articles regarding several business accounts are intended and refer to GoogleMyBusiness Locations only.
And "GoogleMyBusiness Locations" means here: 10 or more locations of one business (aka a "bulk feed").
And getting the verified badge for a Business Accoutn is possible only if there is a bulk in it and the bulk is verified. or if you follow the steps after clcking the badeg "get verified" lower left corner of the Business Account.

I am the owner. It says "This listing has already been verified by gi…@gmail.com"

 

That is me. My email matches that.

 

I added two other managers to the business account "Creative Cafe Casa Grande"

 

I changed the name from "Creative Cafe Casa Grand" to "Creative Cafe Casa Grande"

 

The other managers see the 1 location, while I see an empty Business Account.

 

For the other two managers, it lists Creative Cafe Casa Grande as the owner with two other managers whose name are not mine.

 

Note how the name changed when I changed it.

 

Since I can Change the name and add managers, I must be the account Creative Cafe Casa Grande. If I am not Creative Cafe Casa Grande, then how could I do all things without my name being listed?

if oyu click "Manage" on the account "Creative Cafe Casa Grande" what URL to you see in your browser?
And what other URL do you see if clicking on "Manage" of the account "Bags of Faith: Used...."
