No response from ownership transfer requests

Hello.

I sendrequest:

"Ownership request for Suds & Scissors

We sent your request for ownership to the current owner on Friday, March 31, 2017."

 

Today is 15th of April (more than 7 days) - no answer.

 

I not receive any email from google about status of my request.

What i must to do?

What is the procedure for restoring ownership?

Hi Olga,

You can check the status of your request by clicking on the link of that first e-mail.

You should get the option to proceed with the verification of the existing listing to gain ownership of it.

I have no "first email", or I can not find it.

I reread this article from the beginning to the end and from the end to the beginning, but there is no information what I will to do if the person does not respond.

Our corporation (Sunrise Way, LLC - I am the president) bought this business (Suds & Scissors), I have all the documents confirming this.

What I must to do.

Help me please!

Hi Olga,

Try requesting again the ownership of the business listing to see if you are offered now the possibility to claim and verify the listing.

"Try requesting again"
The Google does not give me such an opportunity - it is written:

 

"Ownership request for Suds & Scissors
We sent your request for ownership to the current owner on Friday, March 31, 2017.
While you're waiting for a response from the current owner, you can suggest an edit to the listing. The edit may be reviewed faster."

there is indeed no other link in the "first mail" sent from "google-my-business-noreply@google.com"

 

Such a email contains just the below info:

Clicking the blue button "View Request" gives exactly the info quoted by Olga in her last response here.

And I also have to confirm:

Trying to repeate the ownership request via the normal option and procedure  will also just show again the same info as per clicking  the blue button "View Request".(Obviously GMB keep in mind there have been already one such request and prevent a second request form the same account)

However any other user (like me or who else) can request once again the ownership - but not anymore Olga.

 

I have no idea what best to recommend to Olga in this situation of no response of the actual  holder of the listing as it is someone as per this screenshot:

Maybe we should escalate it to our CM via the spreadsheet?

Hi @Olga Z  and thanks for getting back to this thread despite of my silence.

 

Please note:

 

I was NOT sleeping or dead at all.

 

I meanwhile tried replicating your issue and I tried also requesting few other businesses  to check the mentioned procedure "Automating Ownership Conflict for Individuals" works good in general.

And the method work in general good.

But It failed also on my end for your business "Suds & Scissors".

It did not just fail.

I also noticed for the linked procedure a significant difference if applying "Automating Ownership Conflict for Individuals" on your business and applying it for any other business.

 

In your case the first response of the linked procedure is missing a specific information about the seven days deadline

 

This said:

I understand now we have to escalate your issue (as not being able to solve the ownership conflict  by you or me) to Google.

I will do this and hope Google can help.

 

Please be patient until I got a word back from Google.
