No response from owner after multiple transfer requests.
Someone else verified my business listing and hasn't responded to my transfer of ownership requests.
Business name is Larson Nissan of Fife
We're located at 1700 Alexander Ave. E., Fife, WA 98424 and our telephone number is 253-896-0480
I've attempted to transfer the ownership three times now and have gotten no response from the current "owner". I've received one email from Google per ownership request (both with the exact same text from firstname.lastname@example.org):
My name is Anna from the Google My Business Support team. I’m writing to let you know that another user has just requested ownership rights to your Larson Nissan of Fife local page on Google.
You are currently the verified owner of Larson Nissan of Fife on Google at https://maps.google.com?cid=9089899897154965689. Since each local business on Google can only have one verified owner, we need a decision from you about the ownership of the page within 7 days* of receiving this email.
The user email@example.com requesting ownership has asked us to pass the following message to you:
"Please transfer ownership."
1. If you agree to share management or transfer ownership of this local page with firstname.lastname@example.org:

We manage 14 locations from a central office. An ex-employee claimed the business and the post card was sent directly to the store where he claimed the listing. We have been unsuccessful in having transfer ownership. Is there anything else we can do? Can we resubmit for a new post card or have a verified call to the business to transfer ownership?
I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
