I have two Google Plus Pages that are the same company, they are duplicates, I have just entered in my 5-digit pin code on the real, physical-postcard from Google. I need to Merge these into one, the same, official Google Plus Page. Can someone help me? I can provide the two URLs of the two pages of that would be helpful.

Here are both URLs:

1) https://plus.google.com/104971166848725203621

2) https://plus.google.com/+cindysjanitorial

I would like the https://plus.google.com/+cindysjanitorial to be the finalized, permanent URL, please.

Business name is "Cindy's Janitorial", permanent business address is 218 Bandera Dr Tyler, TX 75702; and permanent telephone number is 903.330.6524 .

as far I understand your issue the both pages don't refer to local verified pages or local listings tied to GMaps..

They therefore can't merged.

Hello Pedro,

your list 1 seems to be list from Google My Business but, as Helmut said is as yet unverified.

Your second listing is a Brand Page.

You can connect your business listing to the brandpage Google+, the instructions to do this are here.

https://support.google.com/business/answer/6010825?hl=en

However, there is caution I would add that Google does not mention...your Google+ associated with the Brand Page shows links, contact information etc.  A My Business Page DOES NOT show this information to a potential user. If you link your My Business to the Brand Google+ you will loose the ability to show this information to users on the Google+ page.

Thank y'all for your insight, but I need further help. I am following the directions as laid out here:

https://support.google.com/business/answer/6010825?hl=en

But the problem is two-pronged. First, I am seeing a red error-bar at the top of the page that says, "We're not showing this page because it's a duplicate of another.Learn more" And then second, whenever I am following that step-by-step instruction on that https://support.google.com/business/answer/6010825?hl=en page, whenever I get to the point that says, "5. Scroll to the "Profile" section at the bottom of the menu", I do not see the option to "Scroll to profile". I get to that "Settings" area just fine. But there is no "Scroll to Profile" option available to me; and I dunno if this is *related* to that error I mentioned, above, that says, this is some sort of a Duplicate.

Please help. This is one, finite business, and I'd just like to have it standard across Google Maps, Google+ and just have the one account.

That second one, fourth one, and fifth one to which you linked are all the same one, and this is the one I want to keep and be the only/primary/Google Maps one.

The first one is irrelevant and needs to be closed down.

The third one is irrelevant and needs to be unverified and closed down.
