Not sure what category but our business URL redirects to porn.  If it is typed into the address manually it goes right to the site (no problems).. contacting google and they said it might take 7 days but can't believe this could be true.

Obviously your website <edited by a Community Manager as noted below> is hacked or hijacked and it get redirected to several porn pages

This happens on my end only if being signed in to Google. Calling the website in any ingocnito  tab of Chrome I get the correct website without porn redirection.

I am sure it has nothings to do with GoogleMyBusiness and recommend strongly to seek very soon more help in the webmaster central Help forum and  to contact the webmaster of your site.

Maybe and as a workaoround you shoudl take away the hacked website form your busines page until the website issue is fixed.

It prevents your customers from getting frustrated and confused

Not sure if it'll be helpful in your case, but I found a tool for a past case I've seen that can make sure you cleaned it all on the first pass:
https://aw-snap.info/file-viewer/

if you aren't too experienced with malware cleanup, it might be worth your while too to get a little help with cleaning it up. Things like that can be a little trickier than they look at first glance. Hopefully it ends up being an easy fix though, good luck!

Also as a head's up, if you happen to have a shared hosting account, depending on how it's set up you may also want to double check any other websites hosted on the same account.
