Hello - I have 4 inactive business accounts that I don't have the login information for. How do I close out those accounts? The accounts I'm referring to are PacificSource Health Plans (Tigard Office) (https://plus.google.com/116871651939422833432), PacificSource Health Plans (Helena office) (https://plus.google.com/101240672389799617726), and PacificSource Health Plans (Bend office) (https://plus.google.com/108135456722641509995). How can I make these inactive or better yet, delete them?
Thank you kindly for your help!

Hi Amy

Is this still outstanding?  We're working on clearing a backlog, hence the delay.

If the pages are Google Plus pages, this article will help:

If these are Google My Business pages - are the businesses closed or moved?
If they're closed, you can mark the business as closed via maps and suggesting an edit.

If the business has moved, then you'll want to mark them moved via maps and suggesting an edit. (click the slider "Place is permanently closed or has never existed" and pick moved.)

Note - when a business is marked as closed, the information about that business remains on the map at that location. So if there are reviews or other information about those locations you want to keep, marking the business as moved is a better option.
