Merging A Stand-Alone Google+ with A Google My Business Page

I've recently been trying to get access to a stand alone Google+ page for my company so that I can merge it with my company's Google My Business page. According to previous conversations, the Google+ page does not have a location on the map and is actually built under a personal email. I have the email address that this page is built under, but I can't get the password, and the individual who owns the email address doesn't remember any of the security questions. Essentially I am locked out of this page.

The main goal is to merge the stand-alone page with our My Business page, but I am unsure of where to start. Any insight would be helpful. Below are the links to the pages in question.

Sorry about this, I just felt that thread got messy and I might not have been getting my point across since we kept going back and forth with the same questions (not blaming you, I was all over the place with my requests). This was definitely my OCD in effect so I apologize.
