Marketing company denying access to Google My Business listing

We had a marketing company who setup our Google My Business listing:

https://www.google.com.au/maps/place/Victory+locksmith/@0.0871209,129.0363429,3z/data=!4m8!1m2!2m1!1...

I have followed all the steps here https://support.google.com/business/answer/4566671?hl=en and I have also had a phone call with Dolly who was a representative from Google who said she could assist us. After numerous emails she said we should contact the business owner for access but we are the business owners.

The listing has our phone number, address (the address does not show as we service customers as a mobile business but was confirmed from a  google rep) and website url which we changed from .com to .au and they are refusing to update the url to our new one which includes the .au http://www.victorylocksmith.com.au.

As the registered address is ours we asked Dolly from the places listing if we can just re-verify the address for ownership she is now no longer responding.

This has been going on for 3 months and we would really like to gain access to this listing as we have reviews on their that we do not want to loose.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
