Manager invite emails will not go through

I have tested this with a client with my Email and Another Managers Email, it seems we are not getting the emails. I have also checked under brand accounts and nothing. My client even sent me a screenshot of this and still nothing. Any help with this greatly appreciated.

the only option I could offer you would be to escalate your issue to Google

But for this I  would need  more information:

A) the business details of the business in question:
A1. Business Name
A2. Business Address
A3. Business Phone number
A4. Maps URL
A5. Website

B) screenshot of the tab "User" of the actual primary owner showing the name of the invitee C)  the mail address(es) of the invited user (or users if more then one invited user)

 

The info to C shouldn't shared here - if you agree to my offer I will provide you a contact info to share it with me offline the forum

Do you refer t "pending invitations"  under https://myaccount.google.com/brandaccounts?

This is happening to me with 2 accounts. I'd like to contact Google about this. Please advise how to do this. Thank you.
