Issues with a duplicate/incorrect listing

 Hi all,

I'm having an issue with a local listing. One of my clients moved to a new address around a year ago, we were hired to handle his marketing around the same time. My client is a lawyer so he is eligible to have both a local listing for his firm (multiple lawyers work here) and for himself. We claimed and verified his new firm's address and everything is fine for that listing. However, when we Google his name he has a personal local listing that is tied to his old location and has his name backward, his listed website is his old website and his phone number is wrong. Through our suggested edits, we are able to get the listing marked as "Moved to a new location", but cannot get the other information corrected. We do not have ownership over this listing.

I tried to start the ownership transfer process by searching for his business in Google My Business, but for some reason Google can not find the listing on the backend no matter what I try. I'm thinking this is because the listing is marked as "Moved to a new location".

Ideally, we would like the listing removed all-together, but knowing Google that may not be possible. If that is not possible we would at least like to gain ownership of the listing so we can correct the wrong information.
