The issue is, we don't have access to our listing. We couldn't connect with the person who created it. We tried to contact support but we only go in circles. Asking us to do this and do that but it is not fixing the problem. It's been months and it is really frustrated. Can someone help? Right now, it says duplicate location. The agent gave us steps to fix it, and like i said we have been doing these in circles and nothing is being fixed.

Hi @Canyon Carpets C

First thing is to merge the two listings. Are these the ones? and

If so, mark the one you want to remove as the duplicate and give Google's systems up to week to make that happen.  It's sometimes quicker so check daily and you can go to the next step.

After that, go through the process of requesting ownership transfer. Google won't assist in until you have gone through that process

(log in to your Google account first ;-).  That process will take at least 7 days.

Under normal circumstances, that will get you control over your listing again.

If you don't have success with these steps, post back and tag me so I can follow up with Google for you.
