Dear Google,

Need YOUR HELP

Chinese Restaurant needs to reclaim their listing.

An unknown user claimed the listing and is pretending to be the owner of the Chinese restaurant.

Mr. Zheng tried to request ownership transfer but the fake owner simply rejects the ownership transfer.

Now the website link on Google Listing goes to ChineseMenuOnline order website.

Chinese Menu even created a domain with the restaurant name like this format http://www.jingjinggarden.com/

The owner follows the instruction from "Someone else verified my business", but still get rejected by the fake owner.

Here is the business information. Mr. Zheng would like to re-open the listing and reclaim.

Jing Jing Garden https://www.google.com.ph/search?ei=O0EWWs69A4HP0gT_tKWYCQ&q=Jing+Jing+Garden+926+Curlew+Rd%2C+Duned...

926 Curlew Rd, Dunedin, FL 34698 (224) 212-0832 http://www.jingjinggardendunedin.com (not ready yet)

Thanks

Hi @w j

After having  had several bad experiences I'm now very careful with requests like yours to help on ownership conflicting situations for restaurants:

Reading your thread it sounds you are not the owner of Jing Jing Garden (it seems owned by a Mr Zheng)

Wondering why this Mr Zheng didn post here and asked for help.

If he would have done this I would have asked Mr Zheng why on earth he will try getting the ownership for a listing in order to exchange the displayed website (its actually https://www.jingjinggarden.com) to http://www.jingjinggardendunedin.com/

Why do I consider it that suspecting?

Its because the latter website belongs to the notorious restaurant hijacker "Beyondmenu" (at least all it's ordering links on jingjinggardendunedin.com link to this "Beyondmenu" : https://www.beyondmenu.com )

Now you are complaining the fact the actual website links to the ordering website http://chinesemenuonline.com/en/
Why is this not good or why do you believe http://chinesemenuonline.com/en/ is hijacking the restaurant listing and it should therefore owned by Beyond menu?

I recommend this:

the owner of the Business should come to here and provide very good proof being in fact the owner and in case the real owner of the listing  has a contract with Beyondmenue and requested to get the ownership of the listing in question transfered to his account in order  to promote Beyond menu then we could try to help him.

But I will do this only if I have an request of the real owner of Jing Jing Garden in Dunedin Fl

@Helmut Geissler Understood that you are concerned who the real owner is. Been reading past posts and cases of Fake Ownership claims, and indeed stories are really alarming. Please know that your way of validation helps out businesses that we manage.

I represent Mr. Zheng in behalf of Beyond Menu. I handle all his business listings including the issue he is having now with GMB specifically with Jing Jing Garden. You can reach him at the Restaurant's registered phone number 727-733-8888 to verify his restaurant's relationship with Beyond Menu. Moreso, kindly provide your direct email so we can send you the documents needed to confirm Ownership.

Appreciate your expertise to help us fix this.

@Helmut Geissler

Few reasons why I reiterate handling this case.

1. Beyond Menu (the company I represent) is in contract with Mr. Zheng to handle all listings including finding a solution to his JingJIng Garden GMB mess.

2. He speaks Chinese and is having a hard time to converse using English language.

Anyhow, I've already relayed to Mr. Zheng your previous instruction.

@Joshua L

You guys are amazingly  confusing all your threads here (not to say ridiculous confusing threads)

Why the heck answered a user @Joshua L in a thread started by @w j a question as I asked  in a complete other thread to Joshua?

Can't you even distinguish threads of other users with your own thread.

Ok I understand now

You are as well from Beyondmenu like @W J  and some other users in other threads.

Got it.

This is kind of an attack to abuse my willingness to help users

@Helmut Geissler this is not an attack. These people are all working in Beyond Menu and has the right to answer or respond with a thread created by a Beyond Menu employee. Joshua evidently created a separate thread for another Restaurant that got stolen by Chinese Menu Online (same escalation I ignited). For whatever confusion his response created here, we apologize.

What we need from GMB is assistance in claiming the listings back. As mentioned, we have documents to provide that will serve as proof that Owners are affiliated with Beyond Menu and gave full atuhority to handle their listings. Helpers can also by any means contact the restaurants directly in their business numbers registered in Google to confirm our affiliation.
