Got Apps for Work, Now one of my locations is missing

2997 E 3300 S Salt Lake City, UT 84109 (primary address)

8014669880, Ext. #4 (to reach me)

https://plus.google.com/+2ndtracksorem/ (is the location that has gone missing)

Like the title says, I switched from my old hosting service and got hooked up with Google's Apps for Work. Now, for some reason, my businesses are showing upon my personal google account. Furthermore, one of them is missing.

When I try to add the location, it says the business has been claimed already.I tired logging on to all the google accounts we have to see if it wound up over there, but I can't find it. Requesting admin rights isn't doing any good, as all of our google accounts have already been checked for ownership.

Any suggestions for getting this location back?

for the listing in question you should use the steps as described in here: https://support.google.com/business/answer/4566671?hl=en to get control over it on your personal Google account

I have requested access. My concern is that I have no idea what account actually does control that location now, but if it's one of mine, I have totally forgotten about the account... If the "owner" never responds, will google let me make a case that the location actually is mine to manage?

the linked HC steps are applicable in either cases - even in case you are the owner of the page through an account you have forgotten it's credentials/
