Google incorrectly keeps changing our business Postcode and Address

Hello my name is Andrew I work for Truro and Penwith College.

It appears in google search/maps that our postcode and address for our main Truro College campus are wrong. And this is the second time it has changed.

The address should be: (Shown here: http://www.truro-penwith.ac.uk/contact/)

Truro College
College Road
Truro
Cornwall
TR1 3XX

It current displays the wrong address when typing in Truro College. (College way, Gloweth, Truro, TR1 3RX)

Help correcting this would be appreciated.

Thanks

Andrew

Hi Andrew

Can you please provide the Maps listing for the incorrect result?

Thank you.

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for that information - that was what I was seeking. Looking at the listing, it has been claimed by a representative of your college at some time - so the ability to make address changes lies with the person who claimed that listing.

I'd recommend asking around in the marketing area to see if someone has claimed the listing on your behalf and ask them to make you a manager so you can make changes in the future.

If you can not locate the owner of the page, then you'll need to follow the steps in this article to regain ownership: https://support.google.com/business/answer/4566671?hl=en - this can take several weeks to occur so its definitely worth asking around first.

in the meantime though it looks like the address changes may have reverted back as i see the correct postcode now at least:
