Hello everyone! 

 

I realized that I am unable to receive any Google My Business Invitations to take over a role. I receive regularly all emails, except from those from a Google My Business.

I have already asked for help to the Gmail Forum but they have been unable to help so far. 

Hopefully you could help me, since this problem affects my job.

a new workaround!!! Look under pending invitations:

 

https://myaccount.google.com/brandaccounts

 

Can you check this workaround please for the first of your both accounts as you shared with me through me contact form?

Please give me here a feedback this works for you too.

I suppose (other as @Oleg K ) you are talking not getting the invitation email from "google-my-business-noreply@google.com"

to accept any admin role for a certain GMB listing as initiated by the actual owner of the listing in question.

Am I  supposing this correctly?

But would like to make more investigation:

 

I suppose you know and can contact the primanry owner of the listing is this possible?

 

If so please ask him to provide a screen grab showing the manager settings of his listing as per his dashboard

 

I refer to the steps as per Googles HC 

 

  • Sign in to Google My Business.
  • Make sure you’re using card view. If you’re viewing your locations as a list instead of cards, switch to card view by clicking the cards icon  on the right side above your locations. 
  • Choose the listing you’d like to manage and click Manage location.
  • Click the three dash menu icon  in the upper left-hand side of your screen, then click Manage users  .

 

 

And I need to see what he will see after having clicked Manage users  .

 

And you should alos make sure checking alle your spam or Junk folderes for any invitation from 

"google-my-business-noreply@google.com"

First of all I'd like you to know that, I 've already checked all my email's folders. 

 

Secondly, on the Manage Users page appears my name with the indication "Invited, Manager".

I'm not sure what further to investigate and how to help.

 

Can imagine two different pathes:

 

1# the primary owner could try contacting the bsuiness support and asking for help as you appaerntly did not the invite.

I recommend getting in touch with GMB support via one of these options and ask for help in getting the manager adding issue solved:

2# I would try to make myself a try.

I could try adding you as a manager or communication manager to one of my own listings and to check whether you get the invite this time.
