Since last Friday the Support team is rejecting all requests. They usually just hang up or say they are a third party group and do nothing.


Is there a particular reason for that? And when the support team is going to accept requests again?

You are obviously the first user having no luck with support in the last couple of weeks.

So I assume its caused by Eastern.
