Ex-employee who claimed the business left and cannot claim back my business

I am having trouble claiming my business because one of my ex-employee. She has left us already and the email she used to verify our business no longer exists (company email which will be deleted after the employee resigned). We have followed all the instructions from Google but seems like the only we is to access through that deleted email.

Anyone have an advise how we should proceed? We have all the documents on hand to verify that we are the business owners.

Thank you very much in advance.

Sariniya,

If deleted email belongs to your organization then it can be created again. I'd recommend to create the same email address and take control back.
Later you can transfer ownership to any desired email address.
