Ex-Employee calimed Google My Business account and is not willing to release

Hello.

 

We have 5 shops for our business and 1 of the centers is claimed by an ex-employee and Google Local Support team has contacted that ex-employee twice and both times they have rejected my request to transfer ownership.

 

I've been told they can't do anything since the current owner has final say. Its very frustrating and I need help.

 

I can provide the following verification:

  • business address verification (post card if necessary)
  • business telephone verification
  • business domain verification
  • business email verification
  • business incorporation documents
  • any other official business documentation requested

I have seen previous post where the matter is escalated and the issue resolved.

Simply click on "Own this page?" and you'll be asked to verify via Pin.

Hey @asif n

 

The GMB Social team reached out and said that you had contacted through Twitter because you were still seeing the duplicate flag. I found that this was because our system was matching the '10600 Bellaire Blvd, Suite 111, Houston, TX 77072, United States' with the '10792 Bellaire Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77072, United States' location as well. I was able to fix that and you should see a new page for the'10600 Bellaire Blvd, Suite 111, Houston, TX 77072, United States' location soon.
