Duplicate unclaimed listing more prominent than my verified listing

My client has asked me for help with her Google Business listing and it has been a struggle. She's not very tech savvy and had made a few duplicate listings from different Google accounts so I went to task closing and deleting any duplicate listings. I assigned one as the official listing, verified it, and left a review to improve its prominence on Google.

But there is one listing that just won't go away and it is more prominent than the official listing. I had no idea if my client had accidentally created the duplicate from a new account and lost access to it. I called support five or six times to see if I could gain access to it or close the listing, which they informed me to submit requests via the "Suggest an edit" link to list it as "moved" or "closed." So I did but nothing ever changed.

A month has passed. Today, during my call, the support rep finally informed me the listing was generated by Google itself. She informs me to "Suggest an edit" again and tells me it will only take 5 days to be processed so I confront her about the previous edits. She tells me she will contact the moderator team to see if the edits are going through and follow up with me; I am skeptical this will happen.

I don't know what else to do. I just want the verified listing to show up first on Google searches. When you type in my clients name in Google Search or Maps, it immediately shows the unclaimed listing. Am I correct in assuming the most I can do now is direct more traffic to the correct listing and other things to improve its prominence?

My Info:

Here's what shows up in search---note this is the wrong listing that remains unclaimed. Here's what shows up in search---note this is the wrong listing that remains unclaimed.

I submitted an edit to get the unclaimed listing closed (just marked it as moved).I submitted an edit to get the unclaimed listing closed (just marked it as moved).

I submitted a second edit to get the unclaimed listing removed a week ago (this time marked it as a duplicate).I submitted a second edit to get the unclaimed listing removed a week ago (this time marked it as a duplicate).

I have few questions:

1#  why on earth is the existent local and verified listing https://plus.google.com/100601161153874718578 created with a hidden address? Are you (or your client) selling  or buy real estates just out side of his office - not  and never facing customers at the office?

2# what are the URLs  or links to the other supposed duplicates.

Its bit hard to

reconstruct those other locations from your screen captures.

Hi Helmut,

1) That's correct, my client meets out side of the office; he works from home and preferred his home address not be listed.
2) Sorry I didn't post this before. This listing is the only duplicate I have not been able to delete: https://www.google.ca/maps/place/Jerry+Swann+ZipRealty/@48.6922931,-122.8164527,10z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m...

Thanks for your help.

 ok @Josh W

so there are two verified local listings for almost the same name and same phone number and website:

Jerry Swann ZipRealty Agent (with a service area and hidden address)

and

Jerry Swann ZipRealty (also with a service area and hidden address and being marked as closed.

I recommend the owner of the page

https://plus.google.com/100601161153874718578 should contact business support to get the duplicate removed or merged with your other page.
