I keep getting calls to verify my business. I have done that. But when you search my address 3 listing come up in maps. 211 W  Erie St, Springfield, MO. RMS Automotive is mine and verified. The RMS Inc. and the Car and Truck Acc. ones need to be removed. These are the two other that the old owner made. I don't have access to that account. But people are posting reviews on them. So can some one point me in a direction where I can get an executive to remove these. Because with everything I've read, I can't.

Not all hope is lost, But it will take some time

The first thing you have to do is you have to request ownership

https://support.google.com/business/answer/4566671?hl=en

It will take 7 - 10 business days, If the old owner fails to respond, then the listings will come to you.

Once the listings are on your account, You can delete them properly

If you have only one listing

  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
  2. Click Info from the menu.
  3. Under “Close or remove this listing”, click Remove listing. You may be asked to sign in to your Google account for verification.
  4. Review the information on the page that appears.
  5. Click Delete account.

The location and all its data will now be permanently removed from your account.

I   see three listings alltogether at the address:

1# https://goo.gl/maps/n8wW1spanFM2  ("RMS Automotive")

2# https://goo.gl/maps/94grnNEdWRT2  ("RMS Automotive Inc.")

3# https://goo.gl/maps/Xe7Ly8wygHv    ("RMS Automotive, Car and Truck Accessories

Unfortunately all three listingshave been verified

Have oyu tried contacting Business support to get 2# & 3#  merged with your listing 1#?
