There was a location existing for my business. Instead of
verify it as it was created by someone else, I've created a new one. Now
I've 2 locations at the same location, it seems i am verified for both but
I cannot publish any edits. Can someone in your team give me a call back. I
represent the Olympic Stadium in London and I really need to fix it asap.

You can call me anytime during extended office hours. I am based in London.
Thank you

Is this the dup you are referring to https://plus.google.com/+QueenElizabethOlympicParkLondon

What do you mean when you say you can't make any edits! Do you have the listings claimed and verified in your GMB dashboard?

Hello
The Olympic Stadium was created by Google maps team in 2011 I guess before the Olympics. It has now been renamed London Stadium (see www.london-stadium.com).
As I was not familiar with account verification, I created the London Stadium business on maps. Then I found out I could simply claim the Olympic Stadium as the business we manage.I now end up with 2 locations - london stadium- olympic stadium
I've requested a verification code for london stadium, which I have now activated.Nevertheless the location still does not show on the map
On the other end i've requested a code for the olympic stadium, which i have received. But when i try to enter the code there is a pop up warning telling me this account is already verified.
I must admit I am a bit lost.- I have one location verified that is still not visible on maps- I have another location I cannot get verified
Would you like to have a quick call to sort this out?
thank you Etienne SOUMOY

Hi @etienne s, got it, thank you. Yes, the listing you linked to in your original post has already been owner verified. That's why it's not letting you get ownership. There is a way however. You can request a call back from Google support or you can reach out on Twitter or Facebook.

I cannot find out who has verified the business originally. Is there a way to do so?
Otherwise I've tried to request Google to call me back but it says the fixed line I provide has not yet be reported as linked to the business. Therefore phone verification does not work.
Is it a way to fix it, i've been trying for a month now, and it is really annoying as the public authority who owns the stadium has granted us the right to manage marcomms for the stadium, and I cannot do this job properly at the moment. Thank you!

@etienne s, I wasn't suggesting to do a phone verification. The link I provided you is so you can get a call back from a Google support rep who can help sort you out. I provided two other support options as well.

To help clarify, can you take a screenshot of the screen with the messaging indicating the phone number is not linked to the business?
