Duplicate Google My Business and Google+ listings

I hope that someone can please help me, as this is getting very confusing!

At the moment we have 2 Google Business listings for our Brighton office, that have been created independently of each other and are linked to different Google+ accounts. I am now trying to consolidate them and link them to the same account, but at the moment it doesn't look like this is possible.

Here is an outline of the situation:

1. business listing has been verified and is appearing in search

  • contains 43 customer reviews
  • linked to a Google+ account that has 8 followers, but no other content

2. business listing is not verified and does not appear in search

  • contains no reviews (never been live)
  • linked to a Google+ account that has 1,000+ followers
  • contains 504 contacts
  • linked to Crunch Accounting's YouTube account

Removing number 1 will mean that all the customer reviews are lost.
Removing number 2 will delete all of the content associated with it, including the YouTube channel, the contacts and the followers.

Is there a way that I can consolidate them, without either losing the reviews, YouTube Channel or contacts?

@Jenny C

Please include the following with your question (for both listings):
1. Full business name
2. Current business address
3. Current telephone number
4. Google+ or GoogleMyBusiness URL

Hey @Helmut Geissler and @Jenny C

I was looking at this and I believe these are the two listings:

Verified:
https://plus.google.com/117631197804087666741/about

Unverified:
https://plus.google.com/+crunchaccounting/about

For this situation I was thinking the best way (unless phone support could help) would be to remove the verified listing from their account and then verify the listing that is currently unverified. What do you think?

Hmm @TomW

supposing  you found the correct two URLs (no doubt from me) I don't think this is a good idea for two reasons:

1# deleting the verified will still keep it as a unverified listing tied to GMaps.

Verifying then the second listing should "run agaist the wall" of creating "duplicates" or triggering suspension.

2# Wondering who owns https://plus.google.com/117631197804087666741/about ?

in case its @Jenny C she should came to here as she would be able to use it according her needs.

In case its not owned by Jenny she then should apply "

Someone else verified my business

"

@Helmut Geissler

I believe they have access to both listings but in different Google accounts. Is that correct @Jenny C?

Support would be needed to merge the listings at some point but if they do that now would all of the followers of the unverified listing be retained?

Yes - I have access to both listings, but they were created by different accounts.

You have correctly identified both listings.

Ideally we would like to retain the reviews, YouTube, followers, etc. from both listings.

Who do I contact for support in merging these listings?

Or - would another solution to this be:

To create a 'business account' for Crunch and link both of these listings to this?

Nope @Jenny C

In case  you "have access to both listings, but they were created by different accounts"

you can treansfer one listing to the account where the other one is managed.

Thanks for your help.

I am already the primary owner of both accounts.

Is it possible for me to move the G+ account that the YouTube account is connected to? Or some how merge these accounts together? So that neither the reviews, YouTube, followers are lost from each?

Thanks again

frankly said I have no experience about Youtube related question.

But reading you are the owner of both  listings and manage them in your dashboard you should  contact bsuiness support regarding any merging requests.

The best way to contact business support:
requesting a call back in order to talk to a specialist
this is the link to request a call back: https://goo.gl/ahhzl0
It works at their Phone Support Hours only:
You can request in many (maybe not all though) countries a call back of experts of business support by phone. This should be possible on official working days and during their the day time only - try it from 9 or 10 AM until 5 or 6 PM
