You will first have to request access to own this page and then you can delete it.

You can gain access from them by requesting it through your google my business.

1. Log into google my business from your preferred gmail.

2. Click on + new location.

3. Start typing in your business name and it will auto populate once it finds your business.

4. Request ownership and it will tell you the first 2 letters of the gmail address currently owning your account. If you own the email address, problem solved.

5. If you do not own it, submit the request and wait 7-9 days. It will tell you the date when you can take over the account if you do not receive a response.

6. After that time, the account becomes unverified and you can reverify through phone call or postcard.

All set!

Hi Zachary,

I was also facing same issue but different way. One of our Client location is verified on My Business page/ local maps. Initially this site was verified by third party vendors, but now client is not able to reach them, so they requested us to get the access authority for My Business Page for them to do edit. the main problem is the client is not having any physical address. and i was trying 3rd step you have mentioned but it is asking office address.client doesn't have address.how can i move further. please review my page.

Please help us to get the access.

@Satya Murthy C since it is a service area you can select that option and do not have to use a physical address. It is one of the options: business delivers goods and services, and you can choose the area.
