So recently I took on a client that wanted me to manage their business page on Gmail, on my side I have two of the same businesses and same location, I have been verified on one and I have started making changes however nothing is appearing on the actual page, if I try edit the other(which seems to be the one that shows up if you search for the company) I need a verification code which I did recieve, however now that I have it, I do not have the ability to put it in, only to make a call or via post, the page can be found here,

https://www.google.co.za/search?q=rwt&oq=rwt&aqs=chrome..69i60l2j69i57j69i60l2j69i59.2076j0j4&client...

(bare in mind that this is the page I do not have verification for, however on my side I have two of the same accounts and the one that shows is not the one I am editing)

@Nico C can you share a screenshot of the two listings inside the GMB dashboard as well as the full business name, address, phone number?

Thanks

Thanks @Nico C so yes the listing is still unverified/unclaimed - https://www.google.com/maps?cid=4598378562054920364

If you are having issues claiming that listing you might be better off getting in touch with Google about verification issues via this form: https://support.google.com/business/contact/verification_code_issues
