Disgruntled Former Employee Refusing to Transfer Ownership[ Edited ]
July 2016 - last edited July 2016 by Buzzb
A recently fired employee has changed passwords on our social listings including GMB. He is listed as the owner. Due to his very negative activity on the other business listings and social sites, as well as his very erratic behavior, we feel we must get access to the GMB sooner than 7 days. Is there any way to do obtain ownership through business documentation rather than communicating with him through google? Each attempt to communicate has only caused more negative reactions from this individual.

So you sent the ownership request?
Then you can now contact business support:
Please have proof available that you are the current business owners.
Any problems with support, please get back to me with the support number that they issue you with.
