My client took over ownership of this business a few months ago. We were hired to build a new website and help with some social media, seo, etc. Maybe 3-4 weeks ago a competitor gained control of their business listing. This person performs occasional karaoke services for an establishment in the same business park. He has changed the name of the business listing, phone number, website address and removed the suite #. Now when people search for Spotlight Karaoke Bar it shows Karaoke @ Shooters Billiards. This is where he performs his mobile karaoke occasionally. The listing has all of our client reviews and photos. We have asked the person release it back. He does not seem to want to help at all. The owner of the other establishment agreed this is wrong as well. We waited the 7 days after the first request. We have called him, texted, had google send the 6 digit code to release, nothing. What options does my client have at this point?

Luckily, the person finally realeased the listing. I did not have to call Google. Thank you.
