Clients Google Places and NO Access

SO a client of mine recently asked me about there places advert in google listings.

The opening times are wrong and the website it links too is the wrong one.

I have requested manager access and ownership for this listing with no reply and I do not want to double up on the listings and create a separate listing.

Is there a way I can contact Google customer support to try and resolve this issue for my client?

Regards

Danny

Hi Danny,

Unfortunately, support won't be able to help you if you are not the page owner or manager. You have done the right thing in requesting manager access to correct the issue!

You can also go in and suggest an edit via the panel on the right hand side when you search for it in regular search or in Maps. This may take a bit of time to stick, though.

The best option will be to have manager access to the page. Please let us know if you need additional help once you do get the manager access.

Best,
Liz

i have tried it 3 times and also made edits on multiple occasions i believe they had a website setup via yell.com and they have ownership of the page even though it is not there business.
