Claim Duplicate Accounts
We created a Google My Business profile and account for a client recently but found out that he had also created a separate duplicate account. As a result the searchability/SEO of the preferred account has been affected-- it has practically disappeared in a Google search. He went in and deleted the gmail account tied to the account he created, which means that when we try to go in through support and request ownership of the business page, he can't get the email necessary to make the change.
How do we delete the account he created or merge it with ours, without being able to access his account?
