Changing my Business status from ‘duplicate’ back to published.[ Edited ]

I️ am an owner of two different businesses that are managed in one location. They both have diffrent webpages with separate content, however under the Google my Business: manage locations section it is now telling me one of my businesses is a duplicate, and I️ am now unable to manage or see any of my content on google. I️ have tried to reach a google business specialist but after I️ put in my information to have a specialist call me it will keep on giving me an error message saying my email is unvalid preventing me form hitting the ‘call now’ button.
How do I️ change the ‘duplicate’ status of my second business back to ‘published’ like it had been for the last couple of years?
