Cannot Transfer Ownership from Personal Email to Corporate Email

Previously, I set up a google my business account for the Alberta Capital Finance Authority. At that time, I did not have a company email address so I did so using my personal gmail account to gain access to the listing. I do not want my personal account associated with ACFA's business listing however I have been unable to transfer ownership.

When I try to add the corporate email as a user, I can invite to become owner, click on the verify link however at that point it tells me the corporate email address is already a brand account manager, thus I cannot verify the invitation. Without the corporate email address listed as an owner (and I cannot find where it would show the corporate account listed as a brand manager) I cannot transfer the primary ownership according to instructions elsewhere on this site.

Anything would help. I am hoping I don't have to delete the business account all together and start again from scratch.

Hi @Rachel A,

Could you please reply with a screenshot of the error that you receive?

Also, what do you see under "Your Brand Accounts" when you go to this page: https://myaccount.google.com/brandaccounts, when you're signed into your corporate email address?

Thank you.
