I have an issue where I have two Google accounts.  Currently, one of them (the one that I would like to delete) is the owner of the GMB.  I have invited the 2nd account to be a manager, so I could transfer ownership.  I accepted it from the email that I received.  The 2nd account isn't showing up as a manager yet, and it's been some time.  I removed it from the listing, and then tried the invite again.  Same thing happened.

Odd that it didn't go through, shouldn't take more than a day or two.

If you go ahead and delete the account you want to delete, the worst that should happen is the listing becomes unverified. You can then claim the listing with the new account.

Alternatively, contact customer support. There may be something interfering with the ownership transfer and they should be able to get to the bottom of it. The support from the social media channels has been good when I've used it.
