NEED YOUR HELP!
MY RESTAURANT  NEEDS TO RE-CLAIM OUR LISTING
  • A user (Beyond Menu) has taken over our page
  • I,the actual owner, tried to request ownership transfer and the fake owner simply rejects the ownership transfer.

I have followed the official instruction from "Someone else verified my business", but I have been rejected twice and I called and spoke to Google representatives and was turned down b and am still rejected by the fake owner.

Here is the business information. I ,as the actual owner, would like to re-open the listing and reclaim.

Leela Thai Cuisine

1450 25th St S, Fargo, ND 58103

Thank you

@Ross P

Do you have control over the website http://leelathaifargo.com/?

if so:

using what Google account did you try using the procedure "Someone else verified my business" ?

Have you used any account based on xxxx@leelathaifargo.com ?

Initially they had changed the listing to their website but changed it back to mine.  I have tried to get it back using a "leelathaifargo.com" email but they only granted me "communications manager" role whatever that is.

I don't understand why Google can't simply send out another verification post card in the mail and this would be solved immediately!
