BeyondMenu hijacked our listing 3 times in the last 2 months.

This listing has been hijacked by BeyondMenu 3 times in the last 2 months.

What can we do to prevent this from happening again? We can't keep doing this. It's taking up way too much time and GMB support is very inconsistent with how they address this BeyondMenu problem.

They have been very fast and your hijackes listing  has been unverified.

Please re-claim the listing ASAP.

Lemme know if you did this successfully (at least after been able to request the PIN)

Is this youraccount or an account of Beyondmenue?

If so how did they verify the listing without getting from you the PIN?

Have you tried requesting the ownership back applying

That is not my account - it is definitely a BeyondMenu account. As soon as they stole it they redirected the website menu and order links to their website.

 

I have no idea how they're stealing these listings. A google sales rep a few weeks ago informed me that they are well aware of BeyondMenu's antics and explained to me they were likely exploiting some loophole in the phone verification process. 

 

I've gone through the automated ownership conflict process multiple times (they've stolen the listing more than once). After our most recent submission, they set as a "communications manager", which is another exploit they are using to prevent owners from taking back their listings. They've done this to other restaurants as well.

Its important to know the bastards made you to a Communication Manager as it is their normal procedure on hijackes or stolen iistings.

 

Will escalate your case to Google. 

(FMI: did this via # 979)

But as warning: what ever will happen in future: never tell anyone a verification PIN once you requested and received it.
