Account Blocked - Other Owners - I am Both Owners - Duplicate Owner/Page

1. Full business name: L & R Services (my Google Plus page is not coming up)
2. Current business address: 2380 Willow Oak Road Mulberry, FL 33860
3. Current telephone number: (863) 844-1388
4. Google+ URL: Cannot locate - Google Search result of my company

I originally had a business profile which I had set up with an email from AOL. Since then, I added a GMail account and connected the Gmail account with the AOL. (When I log into Gmail both lead to the same account.)

For some reason, I could not access a Google My Business account with my logins so I added a new one. Once I added it, it said that the profile cannot be shown because of a duplicate.

In an attempt to solve this problem, I logged in with both logins and deleted any GMB listings in my account, waited a while, then recreated the listing and received the same error (above.)

I then attempted to transfer ownership from my Gmail email address to my AOL email address and received the following picture.

As you can see, I received the warning "You are unable to invite additional managers as this Brand Account has been blocked."

When I email from one account to the next to request ownership, I receive the emails! (Which means that it reads me as the owner of any listing.)

How do I solve this problem?

Gratefully,

Grant

@Helmut, thank you for your response. That is our Business (I forgot to include the "Wildlife".)

As I stated, this is our listing. I am trying to get access to our listing through GMB.

I originally had a business profile, L & R Wildlife Services, which I had set up with an email from AOL. Since then, I added a GMail account and connected the Gmail account with the AOL. (When I log into Gmail both lead to the same account.)

For some reason, I could not access a GMB business listing so I added a new one. Once I added it, it said that the profile cannot be shown because of a duplicate.

In an attempt to solve this problem, I logged in with both logins and deleted any GMB listings in either account, waited a while, then recreated the listing and received the same error.

I then attempted to transfer ownership from my Gmail email address to my AOL email address and received the following warning: "You are unable to invite additional managers as this Brand Account has been blocked."

When I email from one account to request ownership, I receive the emails! (Which means that it reads me as the current owner of any listing.)

SUMMARY:
I own the GMB listing.
I cannot edit the GMB listing or publish it because it has been blocked.
I have two account logins (AOL and GMail open the same account).
When I request a transfer of ownership, I receive the transfer request.
When I try to act on the transfer request I get a warning that the listing is blocked.

How do I solve this problem?

Lemme hop on your summary please

SUMMARY:
I own the GMB listing.

I doubt you do (I mean owning https://goo.gl/maps/fGgRPeYwRuK2 or its G+ pendent https://plus.google.com/105715498756086201376)

For certain you own the business - no doubt

But to own the listing (linked with my two links) there  must be in either of the dashboards  you manage with either of your mail address any page and clicking it and taking a look onto the URL of the page in your dashboard the URL must have an identifier "105715498756086201376" among the URL.

If there would be such an URL please provide it to here.

If there isn't such an URL for a page in your dashboards (doesn't matter it's a dashboard based on an AOL mail  or Gmail) you are not the owner of the listing shown up on Google, GMaps or G+ as with my above links.

In this case you should forget all content in your dashboard, cleaning  it up entirely and trying to get the full control over https://goo.gl/maps/fGgRPeYwRuK2 or its G+ pendent https://plus.google.com/105715498756086201376.

There are means and steps to get control over it.
